Why is my e-cigarette not producing vapor?
1. Check to see if e-liquid has been added to the atomizer, or if the e-liquid level is too low.
2. Verify that the battery and the atomizer are securely connected.
3. Check to ensure that the battery's power supply has been switched on.
4. During normal operation, you must press and hold the activation button to produce vapor; verify that you are performing this action correctly.
5. If none of the above four points are the issue, the atomizer coil may be defective; in this case, please contact customer service as soon as possible for a resolution.
6. If the atomizer coil is confirmed to be functional, then the battery's main circuit board is likely damaged and requires repair.
Why can't I draw any vapor from my e-cigarette?
1. The atomizer may be broken; if so, the atomizer needs to be replaced.
2. There may be no e-liquid remaining; simply refilling the e-liquid should resolve the issue.
3. If the charger's indicator light does not illuminate while the battery's indicator light remains lit, it indicates that the charger's light is defective. If neither light illuminates, the charger itself is broken. Conversely, if the charger's light is on but the battery's light remains off, it indicates that the battery is defective.
Why is my e-cigarette still not producing vapor after being refilled with e-liquid? It is likely that there is a poor connection between the atomizer and the battery stick. We recommend following these steps:
1. To open the mouthpiece, rotate it to disengage the threads, then pull it straight up (or insert it straight down) vertically; do not attempt to do this at an angle.
2. Do not add e-liquid through the small hole located in the center of the atomizer; this central opening is an airflow vent, not a filling port (please refer to the image above for the correct method of refilling).
3. Since the e-cigarette operates on a high-temperature heating principle, condensation may form at the top of the battery stick; always wipe this area clean with a tissue before charging the device.
4. The lifespan of the atomizer depends significantly on your usage habits-in addition to usage frequency. Allowing an interval of at least 5 seconds between puffs can help extend its service life.
5. The battery stick features a built-in lithium battery that does not suffer from "memory effect" and requires no initial activation; simply charge it fully before use.
6. The battery stick operates via a "press-to-vape" control mechanism: press the button 5 times consecutively to turn the device on. To vape, hold down the button; release the button when you are finished inhaling. To turn the device off, press the button 5 times consecutively again.
